Terms and Conditions
Please understand who is responsible for the work and payment before moving forward.
Plain-language terms
This website is an introduction service, not a construction contract.
Lafayette Concrete Creations does not take payment from homeowners for concrete work. Lafayette Concrete Creations does not service, build, repair, remove, or otherwise perform concrete work at your property.
You are not hiring or contracting with Lafayette Concrete Creations for the concrete work described on this website. If you decide to hire a contractor, your contract is with that contractor. Payment is made directly to that contractor, not to Lafayette Concrete Creations.
The contractor is responsible for the project.
The contractor who supports your project is responsible for the agreement, pricing, scope, schedule, permits, labor, materials, insurance, workmanship, warranties, change orders, invoices, and completion of the work. Review the contractor's written agreement carefully before authorizing work or paying a deposit.
Lafayette Concrete Creations does not guarantee a contractor's availability, price, schedule, licensing, insurance, workmanship, or results. Ask the contractor directly for current documentation and project terms.
Website information
Service descriptions and planning information are general information for homeowners and commercial customers. Conditions vary by property. They are not an engineering opinion, permit decision, legal opinion, estimate, or promise of a particular result.
By contacting Lafayette Concrete Creations, you understand that the purpose of the conversation is to discuss your inquiry and, where appropriate, help connect you with a contractor conversation. You remain responsible for deciding whether to proceed and for reviewing the contractor's agreement.
